By installing and using Email Assistant ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
Email Assistant is a Chrome browser extension that:
- Generates AI-powered email reply suggestions
- Integrates with Gmail to provide in-context assistance
- Uses Google's Gemini AI to process email content
- Polishes and improves your draft emails with AI (Pro Plus)
- Generates replies in multiple languages (Pro and Pro Plus)
3. Account Registration
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Extension
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass usage limits through technical means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
- Use automated scripts to access the service
- Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
6. AI-Generated Content
- Email replies are generated by AI and may contain errors
- You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of generated replies
- AI suggestions should be used as a starting point, not as final content
7. Intellectual Property
- The Extension and its original content are owned by Email Assistant
- You retain ownership of your email content
- AI-generated replies may be used freely by you
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Extension
- We are not responsible for emails sent using AI-generated content
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee availability
- We may modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Daily usage limits reset at midnight Pacific Time
10. Termination
- You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
