Email Assistant ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome extension.
Email Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information We Collect
1. Google Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your profile picture
2. Email Content (Temporarily)
- We temporarily process the content of emails you choose to reply to
- This data is sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate reply suggestions
- We do NOT store your email content on our servers
3. Usage Data
- Number of replies generated per day
- Your subscription plan (Free/Pro)
How We Use Your Information

Data Storage & Security
- Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser

Pro Plus Data Storage
Pro Plus subscribers have access to additional features that require data storage:
Reply History
- Your AI-generated email replies are stored to allow you to revisit and reuse them
- You can view, copy, or delete any saved reply at any time
- Reply history is permanently deleted when you delete your account
Custom Templates
- Templates you create are stored on our secure servers
- You can edit or delete templates anytime from your account
- Templates are permanently deleted when you delete your account
Security of Stored Data
- All stored data is encrypted at rest
- Data is only accessible by you (authenticated via your Google account)
- You can delete your data anytime from the extension settings
- We never share, sell, or use your stored data for any purpose other than providing the service

Your Rights

- Custom Templates (Pro Plus): Until you delete them or your account
- Usage logs: 30 days

This service is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
